WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE TREATED CONFIDENTIALLY?
The security of your personal information is a priority for us and we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. Information you provide to us through our website is stored on secure servers. Your card details and passwords are not accessible to our staff.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
When an item is sold out, an "Out of Stock" banner will appear. On rare occasions, a product may be available at the time of your order, but sold out by the time we process the order. If this is the case, we will notify you.
WHERE DOES THE SELLMA SHOP DELIVER?
Simply select your country at checkout and you will be notified if your country is included in the country list.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY SELLMA SHOP?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If you are paying with a payment card, your order will not be accepted until your card details/payment have been confirmed, the delivery address has been verified and the items have been located and dispatched. You will then receive a second email from us confirming your order. However, if there is a problem, you will be informed quickly and your payment will not be processed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order. If you do not receive it, please contact our team directly by email at info@sellmashop.ch
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on opened or used cosmetic products. Sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product does not arrive as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receiving the package. If the goods are damaged or do not match the description, please send us a photo with the damaged goods to info@sellmashop.ch

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
It's easy! Browse the website via the labelled categories, e.g. Sellma Lashes, Lipmattes or Lipshines. Click on the item you want and then click "Add to Cart". Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart at the top right of the page and you can continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" icon. When you are ready to place your order, re-visit your shopping cart and select Proceed to Checkout. Follow the simple instructions to complete the checkout process.
